We love Pawpaw!

We went to Nannie & Pawpaw's house (Doree's grandparents) this afternoon. Eric has class on Mondays, so we decided to go for a visit. They have a train track at the end of their street, so we had to take a stroll out to the tracks so that Carter could be a "worker man" and "fix them up." Afterwards, Pawpaw and Carter walked in the backyard and Pawpaw showed Carter his garden. HOW CUTE! We ate dinner (roast, mashed potatoes, green beans, and apple pie...YUM!) and Nannie got to play with Colt. So much fun!

King Carter!

Carter is on a king kick right now. Everywhere he goes, he finds a room or a place to be his castle. You can't come into his castle unless you ask permission from "King Carter". Daddy gets to be "King Daddy," but mommy can't be a king. She is just a princess. We went to our favorite park this weekend. They have added a waterfall to the pond at the park. Carter found this cool rock and declared himself "King of the mountain!" My camera battery was low, so I didn't get many pictures. We will go again soon with a fully charged camera! :)
